So today I upped my dose. I was feeling pretty good when I got up. But man I am so tired right now. I think I may have to shut my eyes and sleep a bit... I took the dose two hours ago. I did do a nice smoothy for breakfast.
I am a bit nauseated. Will see how that goes as the day does.... My New scale is supposed to be here by 8 tonight. The doctor told me not to weight myself more than once a week. Which is what I do anyway. But I will weight myself when it comes in to see how close it is to the docs scale.
So Wow.. I just felt like sleeping all day. I don't like this dose much.
